During an inspection in response to concerns

When we visited the Urgent Care Centre we asked six people waiting for treatment what they thought of the service they received. We visited both the main unit and the unit based in the hospital emergency department.

People we spoke with were generally happy with the treatment they received. One complaint we received was about the time taken to be seen, however people told us they felt that the treatment was good and they would use the service again.

One person said, 'I have used this service a couple of times now and they always treat you well, it's like going to your own doctor but easier.' Another person told us, 'I have been seen by the doctor and the nurse. All the staff here are nice.'
