During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us that HMP Pentonville provided a service that met their dental needs. One person told us 'it's helped me a lot'. Another person told us they felt listened to. We observed that people were treated with dignity by the dentist in their interactions and during consultations. People were treated according to assessed need and appropriate practices were in place to reduce the risk of infection. We also found that people's personal records were up to date and kept securely.
