During an inspection in response to concerns
Safeguarding procedures protect people from harm and staff have received appropriate training and were able to deal competently with any concerns. Regular audits have been put into place to make sure patients are protected from harm and risks are identified and action taken.
Patients are involved in making best interest decisions when needed.
