During an inspection looking at part of the service

We did not speak to any people living at the home specifically about their medication during this visit, although we watched medication being administered by staff in a gentle and sensitive way to people.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

People said that the staff were nice and that they provided them will all the help they needed. People said that they felt safe at the home.

Staff were polite and congenial, and people had a warm, comfortable atmosphere in which to live. Staff were present in the communal areas of the home but were unobtrusive and available when people needed them.

During an inspection in response to concerns

The people with whom we spoke told us that they were generally happy living in the home. Two people said that there were not many activities for them to do other than watch television. They stated that they staff treated them with dignity and respect.

They told us that they feel safe and if they were not happy with how they were treated they would speak to a member of staff
