During a routine inspection

We met people attending the MIIU for both outpatient appointments and for review by the minor injuries and illnesses unit. On the day we visited, the waiting area was at times extremely busy. People's feedback was that all the staff were very welcoming, pleasant and efficient. No one felt they had been waiting a long time since arrival. All felt they were being kept informed as to what was happening and what to expect.
