During a routine inspection
One person commented; " It is a really good practice and I have never had to wait long to see a GP." Another person told us they felt the practice was "Very good."
Each person told us they were able to access the service easily and they found it easy to book appointments. They also told us that the doctors explained what they had found during examinations and what the treatment options were and they felt they had been given time and information to make an informed decision about their treatment.
