During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak to many patients, relatives, and carers during the course of our visit, partly due to a number of cancelled or missed appointments by patients. However people we did speak to were positive about the service and told us that treatment was explained to them. They also told us they were reminded about appointments, which they found useful.

People spoke positively about the attitude, care and treatment provided by the practice team.

Patients were happy with the care and treatment they received from the dental service.
