During a routine inspection
The manager protected the person's privacy and dignity and treated them with respect. For example, the person said she was 'a lovely, lovely person' and 'she does things the way I would do them.'
The person's needs were assessed and assistance was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. The person told us that their needs had been assessed when they first started receiving assistance and that these assessments had been repeated.
The person we spoke with had confidence in the skills of the manager. The person told us 'she knows what she's doing.'
The person told us they were able to give views about the service and felt listened to. They said they knew how to raise concerns if there were any but they had not felt the need to do so. They told us 'I am very grateful to Blue Ribbon and am very, very happy.'
