During a routine inspection
We saw that opportunity was provided for patients to feedback about the treatments that they had received. They also were involved in how the practice was run.
One person told us they found the service 'very thorough, I have every confidence in them', another said, 'my dentist has a good team around him.'
We found that the treatment rooms and instruments were kept clean and hygienic and that regular checks were carried out to ensure the continued safe delivery of the service. Staff told us, 'We are a good team.'
