Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone.

Patient surveys, online comments and feedback we reviewed provided a wholly positive level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at the practice.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff generally felt respected, valued and supported in their roles and their wellbeing was supported. We were told, “All the leaders in the practice are welcoming and approachable. They listen to you and take on board what has been discussed or any concerns” and “We have a great team in a supportive environment, and everyone’s invested in each other success.”
