The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Ardent Residential Care Home.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 23 service users at Ardent Residential Care Home.

The registered provider must within 28 days of this notice taking effect, establish and operate an effective
system to ensure all records detailed below for Ardent Residential Care Home, 4 Houndiscombe Road,
Plymouth, Devon, PL4 6HH, are reviewed, audited and analysed regularly. Governance processes must
ensure any risks identified have been fully assessed and mitigated. A nominated person must have oversight of the audits to ensure they are complete, accurate, actions identified are completed and learning shared. A monthly report of these actions must be submitted to the Care Quality Commission on the first day of each month, detailing.
