Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must within seven days of this condition taking effect, and then on the first Monday of every month, undertake quality assurance assessments at Tamarisk House, 26 Holt Road, Horsford, Norfolk. NR10 3DD. The reports must include associated timescales for completing actions and identify who will be responsible for ensuring that the improvements are made in respect of the following:
• Care records for all service users
• Weekly activities for all service users
• MAR charts for all service users
• Incidents and accidents
• Safeguarding incidents
• Planned and actual staffing capacity to meet the requirements of service users
• Staff training and competencies
• Infection, prevention and control

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Tamarisk House.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 5 service users at Tamarisk House.
