During a routine inspection
The service was able to accommodate wheelchair users and people with restricted mobility.
Recruitment practices helped ensure staff were of suitable character and had the necessary skills to perform their duties.
There were procedures in place to assess and monitor quality. Surveys and meetings provided good opportunities for service users to express their views.
An effective complaints procedure was in place.
