During an inspection in response to concerns
We spoke with five people who used Carewatch about their experiences of the service. We spoke with a range of members of staff and the manager.
People we spoke with told us that their care planning was discussed with them regularly. We saw relatives were also involved with providing their feedback regarding the planning of care for family members using the service.
We found that the care plans were person centred and reflected people's individual needs. People we spoke with told us that staff supported people as detailed within their care plans. We found there were risk assessments available to inform staff on how to manage any identified risks for people.
People we spoke with told us that staff were friendly and supportive. We found that staff had been provided with training which met people's individual care needs.
We found the service was well led and the provider monitored the quality of service being provided.
