Plashet Harmony Practice is a GP practice located at East Ham Memorial Hospital, London, E7 8QR. It delivers services to approximately 2,400 patients under a contract held with NHS England. The National General Practice Profiles states that the practice has a high proportion of working age patients and is ethnically diverse. Information published by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities shows that deprivation within the practice population group is in the fourth decile (4 of 10). The lower the decile, the more deprived the practice population is relative to others. This assessment considered the demographics of the people using the service, the context the service was working within and how this impacted service delivery. Where relevant, further commentary is provided in the quality statements section of this report.
The practice was last assessed between November and December 2022. That comprehensive inspection found that breaches of regulation from an inspection in March 2022 had been met. We rated the practice as good overall and in all domains.
For this assessment we visited the practice on May 2025. We assessed eight quality statements to follow up on concerns identified during our monitoring processes. Our ratings did not change as a result of this inspection.
We found the practice had a proactive and positive culture of safety and the service worked with people and healthcare partners to establish and maintain safe systems of care. We found leaders at the practice were aware on how to meet the needs of patients and staff and the service routinely monitored people’s care and treatment to continuously improve it. The service was accessible to patients. There were clear processes on how to provide feedback and we were assured the service were able to manage patient feedback appropriately.
Leaders and staff had a shared vision and culture based on listening, learning and trust. Leaders were visible, knowledgeable and supportive, helping staff develop in their roles. Staff felt supported to give feedback and were treated equally. Staff understood their roles and responsibilities.
