Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Within 10 days of this notice coming into effect you must carry out a full review of the systems in place to monitor the risks to service users. You must include actions you intend to take to address any shortfalls in your systems. The review of these systems must be undertaken by someone with the appropriate skills, experience and training within social care to do so.
Within 10 days of this notice coming into effect, and thereafter on the first Monday of every month, you must provide the Care Quality Commission with a summary of the actions arising from your monthly auditing of your staff recruitment processes, your infection control management, safe management of medicines and care planning and risk assessments. This must be undertaken by someone with the appropriate skills, experience and training within social care to do so.
Within 10 days of this notice coming into effect you must develop, implement and provide the Care Quality Commission with a clear organisational structure chart with roles and responsibilities of senior staff and the directors, which should cover allocation of tasks such as reviewing risk assessments, audits and care plans.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must ensure that the regulated activity personal care is managed by an individual who is registered as a manager in respect of that activity at or from See U Support 52 Fore Street, Ipswich,Suffolk, IP4 1JY.
