Staff and leaders actively listened to information about people who are most likely to experience inequality in experience or outcomes and tailored their care, support and treatment in response to this.

Comprehensive risk assessments and care plans were in place which enabled staff to provide care and support which met people’s needs and promoted equitable experiences and outcomes. People and their relatives told us they were happy with the care and support provided. Comments included, “I can’t fault them,” “We have no concerns” and “They know [person] well and all their likes and dislikes.”
