When we assessed this practice, gaps were identified in staff immunisation records. However, we were informed that there was an ongoing process to obtain this information from staff. They had recently reviewed the appraisal process to include a section for immunisations and any Disclosure and Baring Services declarations where appropriate. There was evidence of booked staff appraisals with most dates in April and May 2025.
