Kindness, compassion and dignity
The practice promoted a patient-centred approach to care.
Staff described how they adapted care to meet the individual needs of patients who required additional support, including making reasonable adjustments where appropriate.
Many patients had attended the practice for a number of years. Staff explained that these longstanding relationships enabled them to understand patients' individual needs, recognise changes in their circumstances or wellbeing, and provide continuity of care.
The practice also had mechanisms in place to encourage patients to provide regular feedback about the care and treatment they received.
Staff described a supportive team culture and positive working relationships with leaders who
were approachable and responsive to their needs.
