During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us they were happy with the service provided. One person said, 'I am very satisfied with the service." They make you very welcome. There's a relaxed atmosphere here.' People who attended for an obstetric scan had referred themselves. Comments included; "I'm pleased I got a quick appointment as I wanted re-assurance as my pregnancy progressed." And; "Staff were very professional and friendly."

People expressed their views about their care and treatment and the results of feedback showed that people were positive about the way their scan was explained.

Care and treatment was provided by staff that were appropriately qualified and kept themselves up-to'date with their professional development.

The provider regularly assessed the quality of its service and actively sought feedback from people who attended the clinic. People we spoke with thought highly of the service they had received.
