During a routine inspection
The representatives of people using the service that we spoke to described the service as "fine" and "good". In the recent feedback the majority of people rated the overall service positively and said that they received all the care and support that was set out in their care plan.
There were arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies. There was a procedure in place for what to do in situations where public transport was not available, including at short notice.
Medicines were handled appropriately.
There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
