Our view of the service
Date of Assessment: 13 June 2025. The service is a domiciliary care provider supporting older people and adults of all ages living with dementia, mental health conditions, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. There were sufficient staff with the appropriate skills, qualifications, and experience to meet people's needs. Individuals were treated with kindness and compassion, and managers ensured that staff received regular supervision. Medicines were managed safely, and people were protected from harm. The provider ensured staff received the necessary training so they could care for people appropriately.
The service was rated good overall at their last assessment in September 2024, the rating remains good for this assessment.
People's experience of this service
People were positive about the quality of their care. One person said, “The carers are excellent” and a relative told us the care is “Fantastic.” People described how staff treated them kindly and respected their privacy and dignity. One relative told us “They respect our culture” and that “some of the carers have even learned the language so that they can speak to [relative]” Another relative told us the carers“are kind and they're loving” towards their loved one.
