Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity
On the second Friday of each month following this condition taking effect the registered provider must submit to the Care Quality Commission a report detailing their analysis of accidents, incidents, infections, safeguarding alerts and safeguarding referrals at The Grange Care Centre 2 Adrienne Avenue, Off Ruislip Road, Southall, Middlesex UB1 2QW for the previous month.
This report must include any investigations carried out and their outcomes, lessons learnt, and action taken to prevent reoccurrence.
On the second Friday of each month following this condition taking effect the registered provider must submit to the Care Quality Commission a report relating to The Grange Care Centre giving details of completed audits of care records, including service users' risk assessments, care plans, daily records and the management of medicines for the previous month. The report must also include the findings of monthly observations of care practices on all units at The Grange Care Centre.
As part of the monthly reports referred to in the preceding 3 conditions the registered provider must include an action plan to address any failings identified by the audits and observations of care practices. Within the action plan the timescales for completing action, the staff designated to complete the action and date of completion must be included
The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 160 service users at The Grange Care Centre.
