The provider promoted people’s independence, so people knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing.

Care plans were designed around people preferences and needs and staff respected people’s choices.

People and relatives told us staff were kind and helpful. Their comments included, “They have a wonderful way with them and nothing is too much trouble”; “They carry out household tasks and change the bed and get the washing on, they don’t need to do this, but they do” and “They are the kindest people I have come across and I feel they are just like family.”
