During an inspection in response to concerns
The service had recently registered with the CQC to provide care and support to people in their own homes. On the day of the inspection there were no people receiving support from Around the Clock Care Essex. Care provision for two people was planned to commence within one or two weeks' time.
On the day of the inspection we spoke with the registered manager and one member of staff.
