The Registered Person must send a report within 14 days of this condition coming into effect detailing how they are using their governance systems and processes at the location of Himley Manor Care Home to make improvements. The Registered Person must then send a report to the Commission on the first Monday of each month with details as to how it is using the audits to ensure that they are effective and robust and improving service users� care, care records, risk assessments, managing risks and protecting people from avoidable harm and abuse.
