The provider had systems and processes to review and monitor the safety and quality of care. Staff understood the safeguarding procedures in place and felt confident concerns would be acted upon by management. Staff were recruited safely and received training and supervision to support them in their roles. Staff understood people’s needs and people were protected and kept safe as staff managed risks.
