Patients that completed the feedback via the quick response code told us that “they highly recommend Drs BM and JS.” Another patient stated that “I've always felt in full confidence with all the practitioners I've been seeing; professional, experienced, careful, giving options and time to the patient when there is a decision to make regarding by a treatment.”

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We looked at 5 completed patient satisfaction surveys and noted that all were positive about the team and service experienced. Patients said, “the practice visit lived up to their expectations”, “practice staff were courteous and helpful” and that “the practitioner was gentle and caring”.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
