During an assessment under our new approach
We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 4 June 2025.
We found the practice had met regulations.
Infection control procedures in place were effective.
The practice had systems to identify and manage most risks.
Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance.
Patients were treated with dignity and respect and at the time of our inspection, could access care, support and treatment when required.
Bazil Mizrahi Prosthodontics Limited is on Harley Street in the City of Westminster. The practice provides private dental care and treatment to mainly adult patients. The service focused on complex prosthodontics and restorative dentistry.
There was step-free access to the building with lift access to the 4th floor. The practice is located on the 5th floor reached by walking up 2 flights of stairs. Metered car parking spaces were available near the practice.
The practice had 2 treatment rooms.At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 7 staff, of which there were 1 prosthodontist, 1 associate dentist, 2 qualified dental nurses, 2 dental hygienists and the practice manager who also undertook the reception duties. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including the prosthodontist, 1 dental nurse, 1 dental hygienist and the practice manager.
The service provides cosmetic treatments, some of which are not in scope of CQC regulation and are not covered in our inspection.
