During a routine inspection
People told us, "The manager made regular telephone contact with us to ask how things are going". They told us the manager visited unannounced to observe and work with the support worker. People told us, "We have a good working relationship with our support workers and manager".
We found that people's risk assessments were carried out and action plans were in place to minimise or reduce the identified risks. We saw that appropriate recruitment checks had been undertaken before staff commenced working at the agency.
