Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.

Leyland-Dent Limited, also known as SW1 Dental Studio is in the City of Westminster borough of London and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.

There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.

The practice had 3 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 18 staff, of which there were the principal dentist, 1 endodontic specialist, 1 oral surgery specialist, 1 dentist with a special interest in restorative dentistry and 1 dentist with a special interest in periodontics, 1 doctor who had a special interest in facial aesthetics, 2 dental nurses, 1 trainee dental nurse, 5 dental hygienists, 1 business manager, 1 administrator and the practice manager.
