Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff showed warmth and compassion and a caring attitude to all patients.

We were provided with the results of the Friends and Family Test. The results for November 2025 showed that 136 patients responded, 122 rated the practice as very good and 14 as good. The annual results showed that over 90 percent of patients rated the practice as very good and just over 8 percent rated the practice as good.

The practice encouraged patients to leave online reviews. We saw that the practice had received 4.3 stars out of 5 from 147 online reviews and had responded to patients who left reviews.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
