During a routine inspection

"All staff are very courteous and the dentist was very explicit about my options and care".
We found that people were given very good information about their care and were involved in decisions about their dental care. We saw and heard staff speaking with people in a respectful manner and staff we spoke with understood the need for privacy and confidentiality.
Staff told us that they felt supported and that the provider, “Was very supportive" and had, "High standards". We saw that there were good training and development opportunities for staff and very good teamwork.
The practice facilities were well equipped and of a high standard of decor, cleanliness and maintenance. The three dental surgeries were located on the first floor of the building and these rooms were not accessible to people with mobility difficulties. This was stated in the practice leaflet and we were told that alternative arrangements would be made with another dental practice as necessary.
