Our view of the service
Dates of assessment: 12 March to 6 May 2026.Limitless Care Limited is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes. The service is registered with CQC to provide personal care for adults only. Staffing levels were safe and both staff and people using the service confirmed care tasks were generally completed safely and within expected timeframes. Safeguarding knowledge among staff was good, and no concerns were identified in relation to medicines management.
Care planning processes were well established and provided sufficient detail to guide staff in meeting people’s needs. Care plans were regularly reviewed, updated, and accessible digitally, supporting continuity and responsiveness of care. Communication systems within the service were effective, ensuring staff were promptly informed of any changes, and multiple ways existed for people and families to contact the office. The provider had effective governance systems and processes in place, with robust oversight to drive improvements in the quality of the service.
Leadership within the service was viewed positively overall. The registered manager was described as visible, approachable, and supportive, and staff reported feeling able to raise concerns if needed. Overall, the service demonstrated a high standard of care delivery, with only minor areas for improvement such as further accommodating individual preferences where possible.
People's experience of this service
Feedback from people using the service and their families was overwhelmingly positive, particularly in relation to feeling safe and well supported. People consistently reported staff treated them with dignity and respect and highlighted the friendly and caring nature of carers. There was also strong appreciation for continuity of care, with people valuing familiarity of regular carers and relationships developed over time.
Relatives spoke positively about communication, noting they received regular updates and carers often identified and reported changes in people’s needs promptly. Availability of different communication methods, such as WhatsApp, was seen as a strength and made it easier for families to stay informed and involved. People also described being involved in reviews of their care, indicating the service actively included them in decisions about their support.
People’s experiences reflected a service which was compassionate, responsive, and well organised, with strong communication and relationships at its core.
A person told us; “Someone always here, doing the things I can’t”.
Another person said; “The times suit me. No missed calls and they stay the allocated time. I am very comfortable with them.”
