People were kept safe through effective risk management, clean and well-maintained environments, and a skilled, well-supported workforce. Staff received regular training and appraisals to maintain high-quality care and managed medicines safely, involving people in decisions about their treatment.

Care was person-centred, evidence-based, and responsive to individual needs. People were supported to stay healthy, understood their care and treatment, and gave informed consent. They were treated with kindness, compassion, and respect, with their preferences and relationships actively supported.

People were involved in planning and decision-making, received clear information, and felt confident giving feedback, which the provider acted upon.

Leadership was strong, visible, and values-driven, fostering a culture of trust, learning, and continuous improvement. Staff felt safe, supported, and empowered to contribute ideas. The provider worked collaboratively with the community and embraced innovation to enhance care experiences.
