Our view of the service
10 February 2026, Private GP Clinic Ltd is an independent clinic that provides a range of private healthcare services and doctor appointments. It also provides non-surgical cosmetic interventions, for example dermal fillers and laser hair removal which are not within CQC scope of registration. Therefore, we did not assess or report on these services. Patients could join as member individuals or as families and access the medical services offered by the clinics run across 5 sites.
We carried out this inspection to follow up on concerns found at the previous inspection in August 2024. Since the last inspection, the service had made improvements and are no longer in breach of regulations. As a result of this inspection, the service has been rated good overall, and in all key questions.
We noted that the service encouraged and sought feedback on the quality of clinical care patients received. People were positive about the quality of their experience when using the service. The provider shared the feedback they had captured with CQC, which highlighted a strong focus on understanding patient’s needs.
