During a routine inspection
"The dentist is very supportive and caring. When I had an accident I rang him and he opened the surgery to see me and start treatment straight away. I feel myself and my family receive excellent care and treatment.'
The three patients spoken with were very positive about the care and treatment they received and spoke highly of the staff team. They told us they felt they had enough time and information to make a decision about their treatment. They also reported that appointments were flexible to meet their needs and the practice was accessible, comfortable, clean and accommodating.
Records viewed were well maintained and held detailed information about people's treatments needs. All areas of the service inspected including the treatment room, the decontamination room and the waiting room were clean, tidy and well maintained. There were infection control policies and procedures in place to maintain patient safety.
Records also showed the practice regularly sought feedback from patients to ensure the service provided met their needs and expectations.
