During a routine inspection
People we spoke with confirmed they had a copy of the care record in their home and staff completed this after very visit.
We saw written feedback from some people who used the service their comments included:
'My care worker comes at time that suits me'.
'Staff treat me with dignity and respect'.
'I know what to do if I need to complain'.
One member of staff spoken with told us, 'Everything is fine, it's a lovely service to work for. We get good support from the management'.
We asked staff about the training and induction programme. We were told, 'I completed a full induction and I shadowed experienced staff on commencing work.
People we spoke with told us. 'I am very happy with the care I receive. The staff are very obliging and flexible'.
Another person said, 'All the staff are kind and polite'.
One relative told us, 'So far so good. The service seems to be very good'.
