During a routine inspection
As part of this inspection we visited one of the agency's supported living houses. We observed staff interacted with people in a polite and respectful manner.
Staff we spoke with demonstrated they were of the agency's safeguarding adults from abuse procedures. They also told us they had received safeguarding training which was regularly updated. People who used the service told us they felt safe.
Staff were supported to attend training and development and they were regularly appraised and supervised to monitor their practice. The agency demonstrated that they had effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service. People who used the service told us they were asked for their views about the service.
