The date of the assessment was 20 May to 29 May 2025. The service is a residential home with nursing supporting people under the age of 65, people over the age of 65 and people living with dementia. People felt safe living at the service and there was a positive culture of putting people at the centre of decisions about their care. There was a positive culture with staff and leaders to provide high quality care in an inclusive environment. The environment was well maintained and it was clean and hygienic throughout. There were enough staff with the right skills who had been safely recruited. Medication was safely administered to people and managed to a good standard. Leaders had a good oversight of the service through audits and spot checks. People had access to social care professionals when needed. People received support which was in line with the Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act.
