Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

a. The registered provider must, within 28 days of this condition taking effect, devise, and provide the Care Quality Commission with a copy of, a service specific restraint reduction action plan
for The Firefly Club Care Home. The plan should detail actions taken and to be taken, with clear timescales for completion and accountabilities.
b. The registered provider must, within 28 days of this condition taking effect, devise and implement an effective system to ensure all records relating to incidents and accidents are routinely reviewed, audited and analysed, and provide a written description of the system to the Care Quality Commission.
The system should identify any themes or trends and show any learning outcomes, and the audit process must ensure any risks identified have been assessed and mitigated.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at The Firefly Club Care Home.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 8 service users at The Firefly Club Care Home.
