Date of Assessment: 2 September 2025 to 15 September 2025. North Trafford Group Practice is made up of 2 GP practices and delivers service to 15,234 patients under a contract held with NHS England. The main site is at Chester Road Surgery 864 – 866 Chester Road, Stretford. The branch site is at Seymour Grove Surgery, 70 Seymour Grove, Old Trafford. The National General Practice Profiles states that the population is made up of 55% White, 25% Asian, 10% Black and 10% Mixed race and others. Information published by Office for Health Improvement and Disparities shows that deprivation within the practice population group is in the 4 decile (4 of 10).
