At this inspection we found improvements had been made. We found the provider was now making thorough background checks to make sure people using the service were protected from those who were unsuitable to work with vulnerable people.
We did not speak to people who used services because this was a follow up inspection.
We found people who used the service were not protected from the employment of suitably experienced and skilled staff. This was because the provider did not undertake appropriate checks before staff began work.
We found people who used the service and staff were protected from the risks of unsafe transport. This was because the provider had arrangements in place for the regular servicing and maintenance of the vehicles used to carry people.
We also found there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs.
