Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

1. The Registered Provider must, within 14 days of this condition taking effect, conduct audits, to be completed on a monthly basis, in relation to the following:
a) Assessment of service users’ needs and preferences
b) Service users’ care plans and risk assessments
c) Accidents, incidents and unexplained injuries involving service users
d) Medicines management and administration
e) Infection prevention and control
f) Staff recruitment and selection practices
g) Staff induction, training, supervision and appraisal

2. On the first Monday of every month thereafter, the Registered Provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report outlining the outcomes of their monthly audits. This report must summarise audit findings, the improvement actions to be taken, who is responsible for these and timescales for completion.
