Where relevant, further commentary is provided in the quality statements section of this report.
We inspected and rated this service under our previous methodology on 28 January 2019. The overall rating for the service was good with the key questions for all domains rated as good overall. We carried out a focused inspection reviewing the responsive domain on 7 December 2021 but did not provide a rating. We carried out a focused assessment of the key question responsive on 23 November 2023 and rated the key question of providing a responsive service as requires improvement as we found the GP Patient Survey for some of the key questions were below the national average.
We carried out a remote focused assessment on 26 March 2026 and looked at the responsive key question. As a result of this assessment, we rated the service as good for responsive because we found they had made the necessary improvements and had improved its satisfaction levels in the 2025 GP Patient Survey.
