During a routine inspection

We inspected 5 outcomes and found them all compliant. We spoke with four people who had received treatment at the time of our visit. We asked them about the care and treatment they had received. They told us: "They explained the treatment well and staff are caring." " They are very accommodating and know I am anxious and worked around me." Another person told us the dentist had seen them quickly when they had been in pain and didn't have to wait long for an emergency appointment. This showed that people were able to access the service at times when they most needed to. Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. All the people we spoke with told us they had no reason to complain and if they had any concerns would speak to any of the staff. One person said:" I think the staff work well as a team including the receptionists." We found the complaints process was available and easy to understood. We found treatment rooms were exceptionally clean and hygienic. We asked the four patients who used the service if they thought the practise was clean. They told us the treatment rooms were always very clean and tidy. One person said: " It's first class, always spotless." All the people we spoke with confirmed they had been provided with bibs to protect their clothes and masks to protect their eyes when they had received treatment. We saw the practice was maintained to a high standard.
