At the inspection on 18 September 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

 

The practice had policies and procedures in relation to the provision of conscious sedation. Improvements has been made to the governance and oversight for monitoring these procedures.

The practice had reviewed and improved monitoring and governance systems to ensure that the sedation policies were in accordance with relevant guidelines, specifically in relation to the use of multiple sedative medicines.
