During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with their care and treatment. One person said 'yes, he's a lovely doctor.' Another person told us the doctor came to their house to see their sick child and went out of his way to help in an emergency.
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
Staff received appropriate professional development. Staff said they felt well supported and encouraged to undertake training and attend learning forums. Clinical and non-clinical staff completed training such as basic life support, fire safety and safeguarding and other training appropriate to their work roles.
People were made aware of the complaints system. People we spoke to told us that they would feel comfortable about complaining but had nothing to complain about.
