During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us staff discussed their treatment options with them. One person said, 'What's very good here is that if something is going to cost you money, you get it all printed out for you' and 'They're very good at explaining what treatment I will get. The dentist will talk through each step of the treatment with you'.
We looked at the records of people using the service. We saw people had treatment plans which set out their treatment needs and costs. From records kept by staff we noted people received the treatment that was planned.
People told us the environment was clean and tidy. One person said, 'It looks nice here. It's clean which feels positive'.
We saw the provider undertook regular audits to monitor and review the quality and safety of the service provided.
