Caring
Staff treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion, and respected their privacy and dignity. GP patient survey results demonstrated high levels of satisfaction. Friends and Family test results also reflected consistently positive patient experience

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The practice always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity.
We noted the practice performed better than the average in the results of the latest 2026 National GP Patient Survey. This showed people felt listened to and felt they were treated with kindness. For example:
92% of respondents to the survey felt the healthcare professional at their last appointment was good at treating them with care and concern, compared to a national average of 86%.
98% of the respondents to the survey felt they were involved as much as they wanted to be in decisions about their care and treatment during their last general practice appointment, compared to a national average of 92%.
83%of the respondents to the survey felt the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at considering their mental wellbeing during their last general practice appointment, compared to a national average of 75%.
The provider's recent Friends and Family Test data from the last 3 months indicated that people had positive experiences of the practice.
